The Control Balm is a cross between a gel and a cream. This moisturising formula is rich with Vitamin E, Shea Butter, and Argan Oil. It has the hold of a strong gel, but moisturising properties of a cream. 

This is the perfect sculpting tool that adds texture and definition to keep hair in place. Used for sculpting the hair or getting a very dramatic look. Excellent for cowlicks, pompadours or when creating parts.
